You might want to check how many “conversions” you can do within a 12 month period. It seems when I wanted to convert or move an IRA I found out I could only do one per year. Please let me know what you find out because if I’m wrong I can make some moves I thought I couldn’t. So basically you’ve already converted your Sep so you can’t also convert your traditional within 12 months.

All my Ira’s are Roth. Never really used a non Roth. Part of the reason why I never opened utmas. Instead I opened Roth IRAs for my kids and pay them for work and that earned income goes to their Roths
